Hello! I’m Rebecca (though many colleagues and friends call me Bex) - an Instructional Designer, learning strategist, and curious problem solver passionate about creating clear, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences.
I believe great learning design starts with understanding people. My background in education, operations, and property management has taught me that successful solutions rarely begin with content - they begin with listening, asking questions, and understanding the real challenges people face.
BexIDstudio is my space to think out loud, showcase projects, share ideas, and explore the intersection of learning, technology, workplace culture, and human-centered design. Here you'll find examples of my work, reflections from the field, lessons learned through practice, and the occasional deep dive into topics that make me pause and think, there has to be a better way to do this.
I enjoy untangling complex problems, building systems that make work and learning feel more human, and bringing a little humor along the way. Whether I’m designing learning experiences, exploring emerging ideas, or figuring things out one challenge at a time, I’m always learning.
If you're an educator, designer, leader, or fellow lifelong learner, welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
